Our Process
We’ll help you define the position’s parameters, drill down on the technical skill requirements, and pay close attention to the finer details – the human factors such as personality, chemistry, and career path – that will make someone a success in the job.
BONNEY Tech Center works to identify and recruit so-called “passive” candidates who are not actively engaged in a job search but want to hear about better opportunities.
In addition, our in-house database gives us access to information on hundreds of qualified individuals with whom we have had previous contacts. We also utilize the most sophisticated Internet search techniques, and post positions on a variety of highly targeted, “niche” job boards.
Every potential candidate is thoroughly pre-screened and vetted for a host of suitability factors, such as technical skills, interest level, salary target, and availability.
We also offer our clients a wide range of technical and business skill set testing.
Clients typically see very few resumes from our search consultants – only those who fit their position requirements, as well as their company culture, to a tee. All resume submissions are accompanied by a summary of additional, relevant information on the candidate’s background, current status, and career goals.
Among the many other services we provide in the course of a search, BONNEY Tech Center: facilitates interview appointments … solicits feedback from both parties and communicates it to each … checks candidate references … presents employment offers … and acts as a valuable intermediary with salary or other negotiations. We even follow up with candidates after they start work, just to make sure everyone is happy.

Our Guarantee
The vast majority of our searches result in long-term, mutually beneficial employment situations. However, in the rare instance where someone does not work out (for any reason other than a layoff), BONNEY Tech Center will replace that candidate at absolutely no charge to our client.
